RBDS and RITE are unifying abstractions over existing theory, not new theories of reality. The candidate contributions are quotient-compatible Resource-Indexed Attention (§1.10), the associated distinction-versus- attention complexity gap and column-imbalance drift calculus, and the resource-bounded / graded Karoubi envelope (§1.5–1.6). Perception-induced non-reciprocity, budgeted attention, and the mechanical ingredients are established or adjacent; the claim here is their explicit formal composition and cross-domain correspondence. The mechanical theorems in §7 — the Antisymmetric Momentum Principle and the complete mechanical energy ledger — are clean derivations or unifications of established results. The remainder is synthesis of established work across 25 mathematical traditions.
