This document extracts a formal mathematical structure from the Arc of the Descent framework. It defines RBDS (§1.5), generalizes to RITE (§1.9), constructs RBDS/RITE instances from seven existing theories (§2), identifies what's new vs. synthesized (§4), proves the Antisymmetric Momentum Principle and the complete energy ledger (§7), and positions the work against 25 mature mathematical traditions (Appendix C).
The candidate contributions are (i) quotient-compatible, resource-indexed attention and its cross-domain column-imbalance calculus (§1.10, §4.1), and (ii) the resource-bounded / graded Karoubi envelope (§1.5–1.6). The mechanical theorems in §7 are clean derivations or unifications of established results, and the remainder is a synthesis of existing work, with proper attribution. The novelty language is intentionally narrower than a claim about resource-aware attention or perception-induced non-reciprocity in general.
